UZANA is a small mountain resort located in the geogaphical center of Bulgaria, in the scenic Balkan Montains, some 200 km from Sofia. It consists of huge meadows surrounded by forests and is home to rare flora. It is an ideal place for walking and hiking.
THE WEATHER in August is usually the best during summertime in Bulgaria (27-30° C).
PLACES TO VISIT nearby are Gabrovo (22km), a famous Bulgarian town, the old Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo and the Sokolski monastery.
