I’m sending to you my letter with my impressions of three women’s conferences I attended
My first attendance in the women’s conference was in Germany in a very peaceful and beautiful monastery. The atmosphere and the place itself were really suitable and very in tune with the idea of yoga and with the ladies who gathered there. It was a very nice event, sharing ideas from different spiritual schools. For me it was like a spiritual trip and I was like a tourist, because we were absolutely helped financially by the organizers.
My second attendance was in the Greek ashram where the place itself is also very beautiful. But one can see the difference of the energy when such an event is held in an ashram, governed by more strict rules of the tradition of Satyananda yoga. That time I was there as a spiritual aspirant for three months so the experience was a little bit different.
Also different but also very strong was my third attendance which happened in Bulgaria. There I was in my own environment. I was feeling more relaxed, which was ? precondition for all my personal issues to come to the surface. The practices and the group energy increased strongly my personal energy, and for the moment it was quite shaking, but as a result very transforming. I was totally open to look inside of me. This gave me the courage to make the next important step in my life. And everything happened because of the spark, inspiration good will and intention of the participants, as well as the unselfishness, indulgence of the organizers.
For me events like this give me such an impulse, which I can use for my work, and personal transformation. I appreciate also the openness of the conference, the broad subjects of discussions. The spirit is western modern and practical, concerning our daily life. But the traditional Indian yogic and tantric practices are also included, which makes the whole atmosphere magnetic and fascinating. It is so emotionally touching, energizing and recharging, but I can say grounding at the same time, because one can see oneself (if one wants) very well.
With this I would sincerely like to thank the three wonderful ladies - organizers for giving me the opportunity to be in touch with the energy of yoga. I would like to inspire more participants to take part in the conference, to use the chance to connect with the beauty, harmony, and enthusiasm of women’s power.
