November 2004: Seminars in Warsaw and Carpatian Mountains, Poland
Olga Chwascinska from Warscaw organized a Three-Day Yoga Seminar in the Joga Klub in Warszawa from November 12 to 14 2004 with the title: "Deepening the practice and theory of Yoga". Lecturers were Inge Friedrich-Rust and Heide Friemann from Germany. Some of the topics were „Yoga at the workplace” and „Yoga for Stress Management”.

Magic Carpathian Projects invited Netzwerk Ost – West e.V. for a joint weekend seminar in the Ochotnica Gorna , Polish Carpathian Mountains from 19 - 21 November 2004. Title of the Seminar was "Don’t Feel Prey to Winter Depression - Workshop on Yoga and Voice". Lecturers were Anna Nacher, Heide Friemann and Inge Friedrich-Rust, participants came from Krakow, Warszawa and Vienna/Austria.
