1. harmonizing left and right hemispheres
2. flowing the energy through chakras
3. developing intuition and sensibility for colours
4. promoting creativity
1. you can write in any language, any alphabet that you wish
2. you are free to use colours and forms in any way you wish
3. mark the center of the top of the paper with pencil like T - top as well as the bottom of the paper with B - bottom
4. start to write from the center of the mandala. You write clockwise (from left to right) and move the mandala paper to the left. The bottom and the top of the letters should be on the edge of the circle. If you make a mistake write through the word again. No problem. If you reach the end of the circle (end is the line coming from the top to the middle) continue writing in the next circle in the same way. Finishing your mandala writing in the last circle you have to complete the whole affirmation up to the line.
5. if you wish to have in your mandala some shapes or pictures you should draw down it with pencil at the very beginning before starting to write.
6. when you have finished the mandala mark your name on it. The mandala is your own creation, it has the energy which you have put into it, the energy from the used colours, shapes, pictures and from your positive affirmation. It has your personal vibration.
7. your mandalas can eliminate negative vibration of the surrounding. Put them on the wall to harmonize your house or your office.
Welcome to our workshop telling you more about the technique, which can help us in our way to awaken to the truth.
We are very happy to be here already for the third time.
What are the techniques writing mandalas - holistic painting and how can we practice them in our everyday life to develop and promote our physical and mental body? The technique has special meaning for

The technique consists of 3 parts.
The first one is learning special hand's position like mudras joining them with breathing.
The next step is a short meditation while trying to find a positive affirmation for writing it into mandala as well as going through chakras and practicing imagination on colours.
The most important part is the third one - writing positive affirmation into a circle with holding breath and creating your own mandala.

Meditation

Sit comfortable on a chair or at the floor in vajrasana or in another comfortable sitting position. Make a deep breath and then exhale. Concentrate on your physical body, imagine your position, voices coming to your ears, imagine the space you are in it. Imagine and feel a smell and a taste in your mouth. Make a deep breath again and concentrate on your first chakra - base chakra (muladhara) - situated between the genitals and the anus. Imagine red or black colour there. Put your right hand on it. Now inhale and while exhaling move your left hand to the second chakra (svadhistana) - the place of ovaries (a seat of sexuality and sensuality). Imagine an orange colour in this space, inhale while moving your right hand to navel - third chakra (manipura) - the seat of personal power. Imagine yellow colour and do a circle in this space like mandala. Inhale and while exhaling move your left hand to anahata chakra or heart - the seat of universal love. Imagine pink or green colour here, make a mandala circle in this space. Inhale and while exhaling move your right hand to your throat - vissudha chakra a seat of communication. Imagine light blue circle in this space. Inhale and exhale, move your left hand to chakra between the eyebrows - ajna chakra the seat of intuition. Imagine dark blue coloured circle here. Inhale while exhaling move both your hands to the crown chakra - sahasrara on the top of the head and be in silence for a while. Imagine violet or white light here. Move your hands from sahasrara to your anahata - heart, left hand first and right hand on it. This is the time for your positive affirmation, sentence or simply a word, which would be written into a mandala. Remember it, inhale and exhale, open your eyes and write down your affirmation on to a paper.
