There will be daily yoga classes (physical practices and meditation) from 7.00 - 8.00 in the morning and daily relaxation classes from 2.00 - 3.00 in the afternoon.

All women are invited to actively participate in the conference and there will be opportunity for spontanous contributions as well as ample opportunity for exchange and sharing.
